Sure that is fair enough. If push-start comes as standard with the car then it is 'hidden' within the overall price and I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
But in instances where it is an option and I can see it will cost X amount, I am going to think - stuff that, I can get this, that, or the other for that money.
