I was hoping this turbo would work for us Cali people. Keeping the stock headers is what intrigued me at first but then I realized that the front/over pipe isnt stock so there isnt the 2nd cat which is needed for CARB.

Wish someone could make a kit like this that would work with both stock cats. Sucks because you need to retain both cats to have Carb exempt and most turbo kits use there own header. My dream would be to have a turbo like this that uses the OEM air box but it seems like for turbos you need to either have it attatched to headers or the front / over pipe from what I seen from all the turbo kits available. Us Californians get screwed for everything here.
