If I remember correctly, Toyota and Subaru use the same rotating code system. A Subaru Outback was hacked via text message, and a Toyota was hacked via more traditional means at another hotel.

It might just be GM cars, but it wasn't present in either the Corvette and Cadillacs I've driven.
