F1point4 - the rattling you here in the videos on low RPM take off is very likely the over-pipe - I have the same header, same configuration, using P&L's rev 1 overpipe and when I first did my install I had that problem - usually when turning left from a stop under hard acceleration. The group buy thread has some suggestions on things to try and get that noise minimized, I know P&L is working on a revised version of the overpipe as well, so you might want to talk to them for specifics on what they are changing.
