As long as you're letting a little oil drain prior to taking the sample as Blackstone recommends, and also don't wait until the end of the drain, you shouldn't be getting any dirt from the Fumoto. But you can always get an oil sample pump for easier sampling and less chance of contamination.

I changed the oil at around 3000, but didn't send the oil off for analysis. The first oil change i sent for analysis was around 11000. So to answer directly, only one change prior to doing the first UOA.
I haven't been tracking the car, but i've probably got around 8-10 autocross events on it. I probably ran about 600 miles worth of E85 in this sample as well.
As far as mods I think the AFE Takeda Intake dry filter is the only thing that would affect the results.
