Did you possibly smash something while you were in there? Fingers crossed its not the caliper.

No, the brakes just dangled in the back and I left them there and just pushed the lines aside while I installed the coils. The stock lines are the only thing I can think of that would be causing the seize. I find it hard to believe a car with 9400 miles has a bad caliper, but I will find out when I inspect it. Right now the caliper is locked on one of the wheels but I wasn't able to see which one.
If it turns out to be a bad caliper, I suppose new brake lines are on the list.
