Overall, the design is very well thought out, especially the features the kit offers such as inlet ducts at the eyes of each headlight.
Coyote, I might have to disagree on the idea that the design requires hood vents. Consider Mine's 350z:
In this design, Mine's opted to employ dual vents at the front of the vehicle with the aim of provided sufficient air to the intake. However, we do not see any hood vents. I see where you're coming from that there might be air accumulation in the engine bay, but the additional vents are not large enough. (please correct me if air accumulation was not the reason)
Though, adding vents in the hood will evacuate heat generated in the engine bay.
In terms of the front fender and rear quarter panels which feature a "cut out" region in the lower section, I agree. I can see the appeal in this design as it kind of draws upon Spoon's fender for the S2000, but practically speaking, the wider tire will project stone onto the paint. A solution to this could be adding rally guard as found on evos/imprezas but that wont be appealing.
Coyote, calling the fenders rice is a bit harsh... WoW has put a lot of effort into designing a kit that would appeal to forum members.
For the rear fender, I can see how a lot of members will opt to have this moulded to the original body to achieve that smoother look.
My thoughts:
- The overall idea is great.
- Front and rear fender designs need to be revised due to practical reasons as stated above
- Not really feeling the front rectangular opening on the front bumper (but that's just my personal preference which honestly doesn't matter, I'm sure a lot of the members here will like the overall design. My opinion is also slightly biased as I'm rooting for the GT86

)
I will be awaiting the design for the FRS/GT86
