I just graduated last May with EE, so I can tell you that for you and your CS/CE classes, Lot 9 would be the best lot for you, since it's the closest to all your classes. I used to park there and made it through with no dings!

Just take advantage of all the corner and edge parking and you'll be fine. However, if you want the absolute best parking, covered with lots of corner spaces, Lot 6 would be the way to go, you'll just have to walk a bit further. But if your a graduate student then Regents would be my choice. Hope this helps!
