pre-purchase assistance: very good, helpful in sending me links to products he suggested
shipping: a+ fast
product quality: my perception, but not exactly the oem fit and finish I would like but sufficient if performs properly.
specific issue with order: my request was for oem fit and finish. part of the order, the switchbacks specifically, require modification to my oem housing, I understand your website explains some modification required, diffuclty 2/10...but this is not what I was asking for, I wanted oem fit and finish. I would like to order from one source, I do not want to buy partial from you, and partial from someone else. had this been communicated to me, I would not have ordered.
post purchase assistance: edit: Ben at Vicious rectified the issue. I may even keep a partial order and only return the switchbacks.
