What happens if you bought a tune from a vendor and they pretty much fall off the face of the planet? Are people still getting tune "updates"?

Visconti uses a separate tuning support console to manage everything. Basically it is a ticketing system that keeps all requests organized for his tuning customers. So yes people are getting updates. It's not likely he will be able to post here without being trolled hard or vilified.
