Holy shit!
The rustproofing usually cleans up with acetone. (which can fuck up your paint if left to sit.) I've never tried to remove it after fully cured though.
Normally they just use a tube and spray 360 degrees inside the rails and core support. I rust proof any frame/rocker/qtr panel repairs I do at my shop and I cannot imagine how they mess up that bad.
Grab a lawyer if not just to help intimidate them. Have a few pro detail shops do it and then forward the bill to the dealership. The dealer will do everything to not replace the car (so no new car.) They would pull the engine and repaint the bay before they did that.
