Do it right or leave it alone. A quality set of performance coilovers is going to run 2000+ installed. There's no reason to get that suspension without wider wheels and stickier tires. RPF1s and Pilot Super Sports will probably cost another 2000 installed for a not-especially-wide set. Then a turbo with 1k left? I don't think so. You're looking at 5700 for an AVO kit, which I believe is the least expensive available. Course if you put a turbo on, you need an exhaust. That's another 1000 easily. Now your car needs to brake better because if you track it, you will fry the brakes, even with upgraded pads. There's another 5000 easily for front and rears, but don't forget to add ducting. Now your engine is overheating, so add an oil cooler for 800. You want to use the turbo system to its maximum potential, so add another 1000 for fuel system upgrades and another 500+ for tuning. You still can't dial in the camber how you want so it's time for new suspension goodies to hook up to those coilovers. Now your clutch is burnt so you need a new one. Now you feel chassis flex so add some braces. Now your engine and transmission are destroying their stock mounts. Brakes are still soft so add some stainless lines. Hitting 400HP now. Better replace the rear differential soon with something beefier. a new driveshaft and beefed up rear end is called for now, especially if you're tracking. Otherwise you're going to spend a lot of time in the shop getting things replaced. Did I mention that the car looks almost completely stock? Still have that crap stereo too. You're going so fast, you want to be held in the seat on corners. Time for a belt upgrade. That means you need a seat upgrade. That means you need a roll cage and neck brace device.
Now you are done! And you cannot drive your car on the streets nor stick the kids in the back.
