I'd take a rag with some lacquer thinner on it (wet the rag till tamp) and wipe the area. That will remove any paint transfer. Then use a wet towl (water) and wipe the surface. When the surface is wet if it looks good and you cannot see the scuffs and scratches then there is a good chance you can buff the finish.
If there is any scratches that you can catch your finger nail on your getting a respray.

Thanks. There aren't any finger nail scratches and it actually looks worse in the pictures than it does in person.
