They replied with some BS about how they help all customers and encouraged me to contact them about it. They then disabled my ability to comment on their posts or post on their wall.
This company is crap.

That is indeed a very shitty way to deal with customers. I had the same issue with the finish color on my black chrome (infact, I had 3 different finishes on my 4 wheels ;-) I had some hassle to deal with my supplier aswell, however at least the exchanged them into a matt black version at the end and did not just ignore me
