Trip I know you really want the push start but I highly doubt Toyota/Scion will offer a push start package to put on the car, this is probably just the TRD push button that you see on the current RS tC. Either way it'll probably be cheaper to go after market if you want this option so you could always do that or go for the BRZ limited?
As far as the TRD parts go I think you could see these for sale in the U.S. seeing as how the tC has them but expect to pay a high price.
