I don't think many people are left arguing that Subaru is legally in the wrong, the vehicle has been used "off road" in conditions that promote premature failure of parts.
We can all agree it's a shit thing to do (deny warranty that is): it wasn't racing, the vehicle wasn't modified, and Subaru has promoted this vehicle as a performance car that is up to the rigors of enthusiast driving.
