Metal H Frame making rattle

This sounds exactly like the one i found. For me it is the H like metal frame support just underneath the underside plastic of the dash. While driving stick your hand between the steering column and the plastic underneath where there is a small hole and hold down the metal frame to see if the sound stops. This is how i confirmed what it is.
