Alright so I've been driving the car around a couple of weeks with the Rev Works header and I've had no issues with it. Got the hole in the weld issue taken care of and it's been all good since. I've noticed maybe a small increase in power and of course a big increase in sound but it's not over the top annoying. It definitely gives it that boxer rumble though which is awesome as well.
Now onto my D3PE catch can.
I got my catch can delivered on tuesday so it only took about 3 business day from the time I ordered it which was great. Installed it the next morning and the instructions that come with it are pretty straight forward so the install was a breeze, took maybe 20-30min and thats with my double and triple checking everything. Here's a picture of the catch can installed on the car.
Now the next thing I installed, which was today was my gauge pod and gauges. I ordered an MSA dual gauge pod about 5 weeks ago but at the time they weren't in stock and were in the process of being made but I was willing to wait, but I was almost at the point to where I wanted to cancel my order. I received incorrect information about when the pods were going to be shipped and was told it was going to ship last week on two different days only to find out this tuesday that they weren't even done being made yet. I was able to work it out with MSA and they overnighted it to me on wednesday and I received it this morning. I dropped my car off at a local shop today and had them install the gauges. The gauge pod is pretty good quality and I decided to run AEM digital gauges for AFR and Boost, so overall i'm pretty satisfied with my setup.
Had to get the car all finished up since I'm heading out to Corpus Christi tomorrow for a car event on Saturday so luckily everything got done. Will definitely get some photos out at the event and i'm still working on editing some from the last time I shot photos.
