We have spoken via PM a lot of times and I sense you are a good guy. It just irks me to see the full proof sometime ago but no correction on the thread. It might not even be your fault, this might be completely Helix's fault lying to you, but my advice to you would be if there is any doubt on any product in the future, better stop pre-orders and be completely upfront of the discrepancy immediately than risk being put in a situation where your business practices are being questioned.
Being COMPLETELY honest here, I LOVE the look of this Helix lights (IF in fact they end up being the lights in the below image).

here's the truth, last time i spoke to helix (couple of days ago), they themselves are still not sure if TOM's will grant them authorization and license. They said, negotiations are still on going.
But hey only time will tell. Maybe in one month ill have to change the title again to official? lol
let's just hope for the best with these lights
they are great lights and awesome design.
so yeah i will try to dig in more info from the guys in taiwan
