At the moment, there is some poke going on. It could also do with a little more drop (about half an inch) so I've bought a set of Eibach Sportlines to do the trick.
My question is, do you think the extra 0.5" drop would sort out the poke? Or would you recommend I get camber bolts?

That's difficult to answer without hard data..
Did you align after pro kit?
How much poke in mm?
How much camber currently?
What are your goals?
If I'm forced to guess, no, you will not fix the poke with your new spring selection.
