If it's the full TRD bumper than it's simply a swap out

If it's the TRD exhaust cut outs, then yes you have to permanently cut part of black bumper assembly and attach them, and if you run anything other than a J2 Quad Tip or TRD Quad it's going to look VERY off....

The former is what one would call not subtle in any regards, and the latter is $1000.00+

I know I shall be getting a custom exhaust, as should you
