Had mine replaced with one of the "new" ones last Thursday as well. After using up the last half tank of no ethanol gas, I filled up with 93 oct Shell VPower (which caused bad chirping before) 75-100 miles or so and no chirps yet. I guess only time will tell at this point.
Just checked the service invoice again, and besides the fuel pump replacement parts and service list there was a no charge "Miscellaneous Fuel System - Repair" line item as well. Not sure what it was for
. Didn't have time to check as I got a call while I was picking up the car about an issue I had to go back to work and deal with. Will have to ask them next time I go in for an oil change.
