I called Jerry from TOM's as well and spoke to him about this. He says the only official USDM TOM's are the ones in red housing with the TOM's stamp. Jerry told me that only Depo is manufacturing the TOM's and not Helix. He says they will be getting ones with clear housing later on, but to call him back in a couple of weeks for more information on them. The dealers selling the official TOM's should be getting these but not until later on when they actually come out.
