Yeah, warming it definitely helps. I don't think the guide clips demonstrated in the video are applicable to the Bayson R kit, just the HTAutos one. I found it was easiest to drill the center hole first to ensure that the fangs of the lip and bumper were lined up as best as possible. Once I had that location, I proceeded outwards on either side. We muscled the last few drill locations to ensure a good fit.
