I am curious to try the conical washer on mine. I believe I will attempt that during the fresh install. Did you try them without the conical washers? Do you still use the factory spring cap?
The first set of COMCs I had I ran without the washers and they were noisy. I read up and obtained the washers which I used with the replacement set of COMCs. Still using the factory spring cap. You'll definitely need a spring compressor to run the washers as the additional stack height made it impossible for me to get the nut back on by hand.
