How many dealers did you try? Or are you just going by one others experiences with his? I would find another dealer that understands the problem.
I would keep looking for a another dealer, compare it to another FRS there with the service manager.. If the problem is so obvious.. They will have to acknowledge it..
Judging by your posts, you've decided to just live with it and complain instead.
