Noticeable differences include no "TOM'S" logo at the bottom of the lens and no red overlay for USDM ones, which is why they appeal to me.
Otherwise USDM will be plug and play whereas most of the JDM ones require a slight modification or alternate harness to plug and play, depending on who you buy them from.
