It'll get interesting when they officially deny warranty coverage on our catalytic converters, because at that point, the state will step in, and I'm sure you've heard of how strict California emissions laws are.
I have read all that and I am still not convinced that having your car plastered all over the Internet on the track is helping your cause. Not trying to be a prick, and not an attorney. At this point if I was you I would just turn everything over to an attorney, follow their advice and go from there.

Like I said, I am in your corner, I think Subaru should 100% step up and replace your engine. But it is pretty clear at this point it is going to take legal action on your part to get the car either fixed or Subaru to buy it back so you can move on.
