Thanks for the free bump. I am well aware of the Dyno chart you mention, but there's also just as many Dyno charts showing that it does make power like any other intake. It is easy to steer the results either way, even if unintentionally. Simply not resetting the ecu after installing and driving sufficient time to allow the ecu to calibrate to the new airflow will cause the one shown dyno chart showing the loss of power.

I have personally not had any problems with this one I'm just going to the supercharger route for some more power.
