Subaru has not acknowledged any factory errors or defects. In fact, they've, thus far, refused to even look further into the issue, at least, according to what they're telling us.

Sucks to hear. While I don't own a Subaru (well....kind of), this is still incredably frustrating and makes my blood boil!


If the engine had been modified, I could understand, but from what it sounds like, it was just driven hard. With a new car, it SHOULD NOT fail that quickly!
