Yes, curious to hear about it as well. +45 is a high offset on our cars, especially for 9.5" wheel. If you say others are running that setup, then you should be fine unless they are all running coilovers.
If you can measure the inboard clearance, that would help this thread.
And of course we want to see photos of your new shoes!
