It isn't too bad from 2-3 feet away, but it's on the bottom of the bumper, so it will rarely be seen.  I just wish I used sand paper in some spots. Oh well, it's only a matter of time till I scrape it away again and I can do it right the next time

Looks good. This exact same thing happened to my car when I took it to get tinted and the owner ran my car up on a curb this past Saturday. My bumper looks like yours before you touched it up.
Good news is owner is paying to fix it. Already took it to body shop, got estimate, and scheduled to drop it off next Monday.
Gonna cost $640 to fix it. Body shop said they will sand bottom of bumper to the plastic and sand clear coat off rest of bumper. Repaint bottom of bumper and then re-clearcoat the whole thing.
