FIXED!!!
A stripped, broken nut on the bolt that holds the sway bar end link - drivers side rear.
So one side was secured and the other side was loose, and when weight was transferred it "popped".
It was discovered by Adam at LIC Motorsports. Car was put up on the lift, visually inspected but problem not discovered until all bolts were check tightened.
