Probably the 105 across to the 5, or drop down to the 91 and across to the 5. It varies so much from day to day, I'd just check Google maps about an hour before you want to leave. Google maps will even estimate traffic at a different time.
I'll probably be heading down to this. I've been to a Valley meet now, and since they'll be coming down I'll meet up with everyone and we shall all celebrate the awesome 86.
