Mine was replaced at 10800 miles a little over 2 months ago.
I put 2500 miles since then and have 0 chirp.
My car used to have this
strange noise too, but that noise went away also after I got the new pump.
But I would suggest to wait a little bit longer. I would feel comfortable if there is no chirp even after 5000 miles.
