The "JDM" part numbers are the same as the "USDM". Toyota didn't sell them before so you couldn't order them. ^^^ what he said. Amayama is your best bet, especialy since the dealer has no intentions of breaking up that kit which is why they only have one part number. You can get the bezels for about $40 with Amayama and they ship fast.
