I don't see this listed and I'm kinda curious about this - what is the starting point for the variables in the equation? Based on your explaination above, it would go A - Z, then (A)A-Z, (B)A-Z etc.... so mapping looks like this it seems:

What I don't understand is how the inital response of 01F and the first two spots of line 0 come into play..... help?
