Doesn't matter how easy it is to physically mount the engine to the body, the transmission still won't bolt up, and you'll have to re-plumb and re-wire the whole engine bay. (direct + port injection on 4 cylinders vs just port injection on 6 cylinders).
I also doubt any available headers will work with this platform either, so you're looking at a one off custom header to make the swap fit.
Doesn't matter if the engine itself is only $1000, it's going to cost more than FI to get the engine in the car and running.
