I normally use Onitsuka Mexico 66 and (I know it's gay) TOM's, both are good for heel-toe'ing. But between AJ I and III-Spiz'ike(I only own AJs I to V), the AJ I is good for heel-toe driving, specially the High-Strap. That extra padded ankle support helps keep the shoe snug but not constricting when driving. AJ III has a pretty comfortable cushioning on the heels if you're driving under normal conditions. So, betweern the two, would be determined by how you drive.
