I know exactly which one you are talking about! I used to use them all the time. But I have to agree with Yruyur on this. As much as they do a good job, its still a chain, meaning cars go through there ALL DAY long. They reuse the towels which means its very harsh on our clear coats (or lack there of). I have ditched the "local" hand wash places for the towels as well as the harsh water they use. The only group that I know of that puts their water through a machine to get rid of most of the minerals and crap is Pit Stop, but they are pretty pricey for that specific reason. Our clear coats just suck. Next time you come out, Ill show you the difference of your paint and mine and maybe you will see the difference.
