1) Installation meaning it wasn't tight enough? Or how can installing warp them?
2) Quickly after install, I took it to his shop because I knew I had a leak and he told me that yes, there was a small leak on one side but very small, that eventually it needed to be fixed, but I wanted to use it until it got worse.
Its also not the first AVO manifold delivered with warped flanges, the thing is that people don't post about it, instead they send me PM's with pictures
