I'm not representing anybody else's opinion but the impracticality of the setup is near the top of my list of the things that make it sick. It's also why the look is polarizing, and why almost nobody will do it to their own ride.
If you feel you need to be the guy pointing out potential hazards of ppl's setups, well good job, you accomplished that a few pages back. Good for you, caring about the sick and infirm. Srsly. But don't get all preachy when every member of the populace isn't driving very slowly and carefully down the road with 6 foot tall foam bumpers while muttering "public safety public safety public safety."
