Glad you like it, I figured it would provide a more useful thread then fishing through a bunch of pages.
I updated the first post with my latest oil change and link to lordtakuban's 2nd. I ended up running my oil until 9600 miles because of a general lack of time to do an oil change. So 1 year, 5 oil changes, 36k miles and the stock stuff still works.
