I actually enjoy the schizophrenic nature of this car, and I've got used to either driving calmly below the dip, or like a lunatic above the dip.
It's like an on/off volume switch. Maybe it suits my personality
I'm surprised by Ryan's results (but not disputing them in any way) because I felt a very noticable difference after the software upgrade.
Thinking aloud... I wonder if that's because I rarely drive through the torque dip at WOT, and that I'm sensing a more linear torque delivery at (say) 75% throttle?
