My guess would be that you got some fuel with ethanol in a couple of weeks ago. If it goes in the tank by mistake they aren't likely to pump it out even if they know.
Why are you using 91 when the engine is designed and tuned for 93?
I know they say it can safely run on 91 but clearly 93 and higher is the fuel to use unless you get caught out somewhere with only low octane available.
