Luckily my apartment complex has a hand wash area, free hose waters. The only problem here is you have to be careful (and use great soap) because its direct/unfiltered tap water which is very hard and can cause water spots if you have poor wash/dry skills.
But it is free! If you are interested, its Sedona Ridge on 51st & Elliot right behind the post office.
