K&N intake = $235
ZZP upper CP = $199
Treadstone IC = $299
Forge BPV = $150
HPtune = $199
TWM STS = $200
CAI DP = $250
Retros = $300
R1C rotors + Pads = $520

Total of $2352 not including shipping costs.

Now how much of that actually went into making those dyno numbers? $684. The rest is cosmetic.

stock cobalt turbos on average Dyno ~240hp, 255 trq.

If you can make 57 hp and 72 trq on $684, then I will be impressed. But thats not happening on an intake, exhaust and tune. Your also not gonna find an intake, exhaust, and tune for that low amount of cash. I'd guess you guys are probably looking around $1400 -1600 being a new platform and all?

As for handling. Some of you seem to understand probably either by personal experience or just plain understanding the data. Turbo cobalts has pretty impressive handling from factory. GM performance tuned the suspension on the Nurburgring.

There are plenty of members that autocross/track their car and I can definately pull up some strong evidence that it really will take a turbo and some fat tires to make the frs competitive with a crappy FWD car. Oh and to get one thing straight I agree with you guys, FWD is not better than RWD so theres no arguement to fight there, get over it.
