I'm still trying to find where I said it was a 100% success rate? Care to quote me?
I've said that everyone I've personally shown E0 to has had their chirps corrected by the use of E0.
I do believe that its more likely that the people who aren't getting a fix out of E0 are probably being sold a product that isn't true E0 than there is something wildly different between my pump and their pump.
BUT
That statement doesn't mean that I'm not open to the fact that other people have tried and not had success.
The reason they aren't having success with E0 when the majority of the people who use E0 report their chirps resolved is what I would like to know.
