I've dealt with this chirping noise for some time as well. I've done the proper thing though and have it addressed, and hopefully everyone on here will do the same thing. By Taking the car into toyota and have the part replaced(high fuel pressure pump #SU003-00328). This part wont fix the vehicle though, because all they do is put in a new pump, not changed in any way. As toyota has no actual fix for it yet.
Then after a few hundred miles of break in it then began to chirp once more(yes all the while i fill it with 93)
Its often questioned if its the fuel doing this. The answer is no, its a mechanism in the part causing the chirp so says the master mechanic that replaced the part in the first place. If this is happening to you don't hesitate to take it in, it only prolongs the importance of toyota to fix the vehicle.
