Did you check the IC inlet for debris that may have gotten stock during shipping / manufacturing?

I understand what your saying about the maf reading, but given the high fuel trims i assumed the maf scaling was stock. And based on the stock maf scale table it is fairly close to stock if not stock:
4.297v 167.6g/s
4.492v 194.4g/s

Anyway, if the motor is sound, and the tuner is good, you might just need to turn up the boost and re tune. Might get a different tuner to re tune it as well and see how that goes.
How would go about doing a leak down test on this engine? I'm guessing the engine would have to be lifted.
